Meet Dr Alison Colville

Hi, I’m Dr Alison Colville, a passionate advocate for holistic well-being & female empowerment!
Background: After my medical journey kicked off at The University of Manchester in 2010, I spent 7 years navigating various fields of medicine. I soon realised that surgery was my ‘thing’ – combining my love for the anatomy & mechanics of the body, & also enjoying the practical side of performing surgery. This was where my passion for aesthetics was born.
Holistic Explorer: Fast forward to 2017, I spread my wings as a GP & began delving into the realms of holistic + preventative medicine. My exploration led to a diploma in homeopathy & a love for acupuncture, functional medicine, & the fascinating world of the gut microbiome.
Aesthetics with Heart: Balancing my NHS commitments, I ventured into private medicine, & furthered my training in medical aesthetics. For over 6 years, I’ve been weaving surgical skills & a holistic perspective into my practice, aiming to treat my patients as a whole. Extensive training, including multiple anatomy courses & specialist masterclasses in the UK, Australia and the US has equipped me to safely carry out a range of advanced, non-surgical, medical procedures.
From Bondi to Leamington Spa: Having served as the lead doctor in a beautiful clinic on Bondi Beach, Australia, I’m thrilled to now be back in the UK and to practice from my own clinic here in Warwickshire. While I still cherish my role as a GP, my heart lies in helping people discover their confidence through aesthetics. Helping women become empowered through using HRT + educating them about hormonal changes, I was driven to go one step further and help them tackle the external changes of ageing & menopause too.
Life Beyond Medicine: Off-duty, you’ll find me in the countryside, renovating an old cottage with my partner Tom & being bossed around by our Labradors, Luna & Cleo. I have a spiritual side too so you might see me burning sage amongst my crystals from time to time!
