Terms of Use
Welcome to The Avery Clinic. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the highest standard of care. Please read these carefully.
1. Information and Privacy
-
All clients are required to provide the following contact details to secure an appointment: Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email, and Phone Number.
-
Upon booking, clients will receive a medical history form, which must be completed prior to their appointment. This is essential for consultation and treatment planning.
-
All personal information is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable Data Protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
-
Clients may opt out of mailing lists or promotional communications by unsubscribing at any time.
2. Appointments and Deposits
-
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
-
Deposits are redeemable against treatments or refunded if you choose not to go ahead with treatment after your consultation.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Deposits will only be carried forward in such cases.
-
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of the reason (including illness or travel disruptions).
-
If no deposit is taken and an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a £50 late cancellation fee will automatically be charged within 72 hours.
3. Packages and Special Offers
-
Package treatments must be paid in full before commencing.
-
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
-
Special offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
-
Vouchers and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.
-
All vouchers and offers have a stated expiration date and cannot be extended once expired.
4. Treatment Guidelines
-
New patients are typically seen for consultation and assessment. Treatments are generally not provided on the first visit, except when deemed appropriate by both the practitioner and patient.
-
Routine reviews for botulinum toxin treatments are available within 2–3 weeks of treatment as a courtesy. Adjustments or additional treatments cannot be offered beyond this timeframe.
-
Clients should not attend the clinic if they are unwell, including symptoms such as colds, cold sores, or skin infections. Treatments may be contraindicated when unwell.
5. Payments
-
Payments for treatments must be made in full at the time of the procedure.
-
The clinic accepts cash, major debit, and credit cards.
-
Refunds are not offered if the results do not meet client expectations. All treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Children Policy
-
Individuals under 18 are not eligible for injectable treatments. Skin treatments may be provided to clients aged 12 and over for specific conditions.
-
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms and should not attend the clinic unless old enough to remain unsupervised in the waiting area.

Messages received outside these hours will be monitored, and emergencies will be prioritised.
